1.Eligibility: The PC Vitamins Returns Policy (the "Policy") applies to purchases made at any PC Vitamins retail location or online store (the "Store"). To be eligible for a return, you must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
2.Return Period: You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Some items may be eligible for a longer return period, as indicated on the product page or in the product packaging. Customized or personalized items, as well as certain products, are not eligible for return.
3.Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may be applied to certain returns, as determined by PC Vitamins in its sole discretion.
4.Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or the return is the result of a PC Vitamins error.
5.Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, a store credit will be issued.
6.Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, you may do so within the return period, subject to availability. You will be responsible for any price differences and any additional shipping costs.
7.Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. PC Vitamins may request that you provide evidence of the damage or defect.
8.Limitation of Liability: PC Vitamins is not responsible for any damages to returned items during shipping. PC Vitamins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Policy.
9.Changes to the Policy: PC Vitamins reserves the right to modify or terminate the Policy at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
